Anodizing is the process of creating and oxide layer on aluminum to prevent corrosion and/or provide brilliant color to aluminum for decorative purposes. A microscopic view of this layer shows that is a very organized formation which makes it a very hard coating. Quality of anodized coating depend on the grade of aluminum, prep work, and processes used.

Our standard turn around time is 1 week. Many times if we have your parts by friday we can have them done by the following Monday depending on the scope of work required.

Things that we can fit into about a 5 gallon bucket. We may look at larger parts in the future depending on demand. Clear anodize we may be able to accommodate a bit larger. Please ask and we'll be happy to consider all requests.
